My Notes

Largest model in Liberty Station! Spectacular Beacon Point Plan 3 w/two third floor lofts. Gourmet kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, 6-burner gas range, island with bar, and casual dining area. Beautiful stone tile throughout first floor. Custom paint recently redone throughout. Comfortable family room has gas fireplace with stone tile surround and wood mantle, vaulted ceiling and remote control blinds.

What I love about the home

When you enter, you first notice the beauty of the stone flooring that graces the first floor. The living and dining room open to each other with the den across the hallway. The kitchen which has a large island with bar seating and vast granite countertops and backsplash, as well as sliding patio doors leading to a larger-than-normal patio area (for Liberty Station). This kitchen boasts all KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, including a 5 burner gas range, and a breakfast table area. The kitchen is open to a spacious family room featuring many windows soaring high to capture the sunlight (with remote control shades). The master suite is expansive; it features many windows, a sitting area, a relaxing master bath with a large oval tub, separate shower area, dual sinks with a make-up area, and an extra large walk-in closet. There are two additional Jack and Jill bedrooms on the second floor. The third story loft area is very spacious and would be a great for a family room, fourth bedroom, office space or game room. The 360-acre Liberty Station community was converted (2002-2009) from the Point Loma Naval Training Center. Liberty Station boasts a public a 14.7 million, 49-acre waterfront park, a 9-hole golf course, and a $35 million marketplace area replete with a Trader Joe's grocer, up-scale Vons grocery, and a variety of shops and restaurants.
