My Notes

Edit
Like a row home, but detached; great neighborhood; one block from shopping/dining in Carytown.
Neighborhood Description
Family neighborhood. Lots of parking. One block from dining/shopping in Carytown. Short walk to Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. Seven-minute drive to Route 195 (which provides easy access to Routes 64 and 95). Seven-minute drive to downtown.

What I love about the home

Built in 1920s; almost all fixtures are original. Claw-footed tub. Corner lot + many windows = lots of natural sunlight.
