This Glenwood manufactured home wasbuilt in 1980 and features central air, tile and laminate floors, vaulted ceilings, and no rear neighbors. 2 Bedrooms-- 1st BR at the rear of the home features a door to a private deck that overlooks their garden area. A dressing area separates the master from the spa style bathroom. The 2nd BR is at the front of the home, which provides maximum privacy. Both bedrooms are carpeted.2 Baths-- 1st bath a separate room with a toilet, a stall shower, and a soaking tub. A vanity with two sinks is in the dressing area. The 2nd bath has a stall shower and a sink vanity. Both baths have tiled floors.Living room-- with vaulted ceiling is situated between the dining area and year round deck room that is currently used as a home office.
