Market guide

Zillow predicts Hillside home values will increase 5.3% next year, compared to a 4% increase for Portland as a whole. Among Hillside homes, this home is valued 25.8% less than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 26.9% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Hillside, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 49.6% lower than in Portland, and 66.5% less than the national average. This lower local number could help Hillside home values rise more quickly than other regions in Portland.
