All of the house alnog Oakridge were developed by the Gulf Corp in th 60s and 70s. 295 Oakridge is the ONLY new home built with moder technology and up to the much tougher build code, just look at the foundation and you can treally see the differences. Over $250,000 were spent on the foundation alone with concrete piers 34 ft down and an additional 18 feet into bedrocks. Although th ehouse is priced almost twice as much as the neighbors, but it really is a bargain, use Zillows's to find out the estimated value and divide it by the square footage to find out the per sq ft cost. The range is from $405 - $605 per sq ft, with most ion the $500 range. 295 Oakridge is listing at $406 per sq ft. $1 more then the bottom price. Yet we are at the end of the cul de sac with the best view. Not to mention its brand new and not 40 + yeras old. There really is no comparison.
