Very nicely maintained corner lot home in Highland on very good size lot of 7680 sq ft. This 2196 sq ft home has 4 bdrm, 3 bath with one of the rooms and bathrooms down stairs. This home has 2 fireplaces. One in the Master bedroom and one in the everyday room. The kitchen has new granite countertops, tile floor, large garden window. Title floor down stairs throw-out. Master bathroom has a walk in shower, his and her sliding closets, and extra walking closet and a balcony overlooking the back yard area. All the Bedrooms upstairs has very nice Laminate floor throw-out. This home is great for entertaining. This home is close to shopping, freeways, mountains and San Manuel Casino. At this price, the home will not last.
