What I love about the home

Traditional home with contemporary finishes. This home boasts very open floor plans on the main floor and newly finished basement. Great area for entertaining with large, enclosed, outdoor patio. Front office overlooking great Highlands neighborhood. Historic Highlands Square shops and restaurants just a block away. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs so great home for families and expecting families.

Market guide

Zillow predicts West Highland home values will rise 0.4% next year, compared to a 1.2% rise for Denver as a whole. Among West Highland homes, this home is valued 85.8% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 13.8% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In West Highland, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 23.8% lower than in Denver, and 33.3% less than the national average. This lower local number could help West Highland home values rise more quickly than other regions in Denver.
