This may be the West Village's most famous and elegant building. Some have called it the Dakota of downtown. It is a destination building for all who can afford the very best in Prewar splendor and also have a desire privacy and safety. This elegant and comfortable apartment is bright and spacious with an Eastern street and city view. It is rented unfurnished. No pets. It is a non-smoking apartment. It has a foyer. Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated. There is a dressing area with a glass-paneled sliding door off the bathroom and one of the three deep and high closets. The hardwood floors are in excellent condition. The building was designed by legendary architect, Emory Roth, for the developers, Bing & Bing in 1929. There is a 24-hour, formally-dressed doorman and a super on premises. It is just a few blocks from the the A,C,E and 1,2,3 Subway Entrances and half a block from the 14th Street and 7th Avenue & 9th Avenue bus stop.  MoreLess
