My Notes

Edit
Not to be confused with Highlands Ranch, Highland is a nook of neighborhoods just to the west (about 1.5 miles) of downtown Denver. Perfect for those who want to live near the city, not in it... but not in the suburbs, either. Highland Square (32nd and Lowell) is a charming row of shops, cafes and restaurants made for strolling.

Neighborhood: West Highland

Zillow predicts West Highland home values will rise 0.4% next year, compared to a 1.2% rise for Denver as a whole. Among West Highland homes, this home is valued 71% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 38% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In West Highland, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 23.8% lower than in Denver, and 33.3% less than the national average. This lower local number could help West Highland home values rise more quickly than other regions in Denver.
