Where's the Zestimate?

County transactional data for this home is insufficient so we cannot calculate a Zestimate. We are adding data all the time, so be sure to come back.

Tax Assessor's Value

Depending on the jurisdiction where you live, this value could be the tax assessed, tax appraised, or market assessed value. This value comes from the taxing authority of the city, county or state where you live; this is not Zillow's value.

Note: Tax assessor's values differ from Zillow's Zestimate, which is computed by entering numerous data points into a proprietary formula, often resulting in a more accurate value estimate.

My Notes

Edit
Less than half a mile to exit 4 on route 3, this home is close to everything! A fully-fenced in yard and large pine trees to lend even more privacy and make this house an oasis in the city. With two HUGE bedrooms to choose from, you'll have a hard time deciding which one is the master bedroom (though the room with the walk-in closet and reading nook does fit the bill nicely)! The third bedroom works well as a guest room or an office since it has no closet. Two large sheds for storage and working space more than cover all storage needs, but just in case there's plenty of room on the porch and in the separate furnace room as well. The spacious yard lends itself well to gardening, barbecuing, partying, and playing. The garden space is ready for you to grow your own veggies, with plenty of potential for expansion if you get ambitious! There's a fire pit to enjoy on those cool late-summer evenings and a 2.5 season porch for when the rain comes and you want to enjoy it without getting wet!
Neighborhood Description
The low turnover rate of this neighborhood says it all! Everyone loves living here and you will too!
Bishop Guertin high school is half a mile away, with sidewalks paving nearly the whole way. There are several trails and walking paths within short distance of the house, as well as a large network of paths only a few miles away at Mill Pond.

What I love about the home

There's no other house like this on the market. When other homes were being built from the same cookie cutter mold all over the neighborhood, this home was marching to a different drummer. Its unique layout allows it to flow in ways other homes wouldn't be able to dream of. The yard is a huge asset and has been the site of many summer gatherings. Even with as much space as you'll have, it's still got a very private feel - the whole yard is fenced in to ensure peace and quiet in your little oasis in the city. It's just 2 miles from the charming downtown, and mere minutes to the mall and all the DW highway has to offer. 45 minutes to Boston, 30 to Manchester, and only 15 to MHT! It'll take you longer to get through security than it will to get to the airport from here! The neighborhood is young and vibrant, and the local kids are friendly and outgoing.
