My Notes

Edit
Red brick traditional home with eggshell trim. Pewter-colored architectural roof installed in 2005. Extensive brick paving sidewalks in front and rear. Mahogany front door with beveled glass and brass interlocking weatherstripping. Beautiful oak hardwood floors throughout with original black/white tile in bathrooms in very good condition. Crown moldings throughout home. Eat-in kitchen with pantry. Excellent expansion potential, if necessary (on sides, outback, and in attic area). Two easements for additional backyard and driveway. Newly painted, well maintained.
Neighborhood Description
Beautiful tree-lined neighborhood with excellent sidewalks and many lovely, high-value homes on McDaniel Avenue and Cleveland Street. Easy walking distance to Cleveland Park, Falls Park (LIberty Bridge) and downtown Greenville. Also easy walking distance to Augusta Road shopping area. Two Starbucks within walking distance! Ben Street is a very quiet, wide street located between to major neighborhood arteries (McDaniel Avenue and Cleveland Street). A great neighborhood for cycling, running and walking your dog(s).

What I love about the home

Great location that is both convenient and quiet, wide street, driveway on different street, wonderfully landscaped yard, beautiful dogwoods, crepe myrtles, all the light coming in front of house, carving on fireplace mantle, bookshelves. Very close to downtown Greenville and Cleveland Park area (walking distance).
