My Notes

Wonderful Newton Center location, situated just .5 miles from the Newton Center T Stop and village, across Centre Street from Crystal Lake and less than .1 miles to Weeks Field, this fabulous 1982 sun-filled Colonial has been lovingly maintained and updated. The first level has a two-story foyer that leads to the family room and the living room with fireplace. Also on this level are a lovely dining room, a 2003-updated kitchen with a separate breakfast room and a powder room. On the second level is the large master suite with a great walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom, along with two more spacious bedrooms and another full bathroom. The lower level was finished in 2007 and has a spacious playroom and an office, along with laundry area and ample storage. The lot is level and has a wonderful backyard, as well as a two car garage. Recent improvements include a 2007 HVAC system including two zones of central air and a 2009 roof.

What I love about the home

There is a beautiful lake, Crystal Lake, across the street, and a nice park at the end of the street, which is great for dogs and kids to play, with tennis courts.
