'YOU WILL LOVE THIS HOUSE!' states the current owner. Located in one of the most sought after areas of Greenville, this property has the unique character and charm to win many hearts. Let's listen in to the current owners experience...'My personal story with this house began around February 2010. I had been looking for that house that met my needs but also was a place I could call HOME, for my family and I. I had viewed it quite a few times on the internet and actually discovered the listing agent was hosting an OPEN HOUSE! I attended the open house and when I walked in I instantly got the feeling it was MY house. The house immediately grabbed my emotions and invited me inside. Once inside, the house felt very spacious but yet also cozy. I loved the Mexican tile in the kitchen & dining area the tile is so full of character and not to mention, it hides dirt very well. Another unique feature of the house are the French doors that open onto the back deck. We normally keep them open during mild days. We discovered early that when the front door is open at the same time, there is a wonderful breeze. Opening the windows takes the breeze throughout the house and increases even more with the attic fan on. Feels like Heaven in the Fall. Very rarely do we have to use the AC or heat during the spring and fall. The back deck is great for grilling out in the summer and for entertaining. I find myself walking in circles around the house with the open floor plan. Can't do this with the traditional ranch type hallways with rooms that branch off. And there is tons of natural light throughout. The huge trees provide wonderful shade in the summer. The kitchen in located literally in the center of the house and it's open to every room. There is loads of storage with the cabinets, island and deep pantry. The living room is central to the house and holds our huge sofa. The wood burning fireplace is awesome in the winter. I love the convenience and space of the laundry closet. The master bedroom is just the right size and has its own bathroom. The bonus room is on the backside of the house and we currently are using it as an exercise room. It's huge and has a skylight. The fully fenced yard give us peace of mind for security, privacy in the back and containing the dogs all the way around the house. There is a double gate on the street side for both the front and the back yard for vehicles for mulch delivery, moving trucks, tree care service, etc. And the matching shed easily holds all of our yard tools. The neighborhood is what I call the North Main area and is very quiet, friendly and convenient to downtown and Cherrydale. Also there are several parks nearby as well. The schools are great too. The roof was replaced in March 2012. Fence was installed July 2013. So come and see this beautiful and cozy home of mine.
