This MUSEUM PARC Condo looks over the Moscone Center and is just one Block away from the City's finest hotels (W, Four Seasons, and Westin). This is the only residential modern Art Deco building in San Francisco SOMA neighborhood. You have to at this exact spot to feel it.This is the largest condo in the Museum Parc building and the unit as the back looking over the Folsom Street, Four Seasons, Marriott, YBCA and right opposite to Moscone South. Being at 3rd and Folsom is not same as being any other place in SOMA. If you are new in the city, I suggest you walk around this particular spot and see how it feels just blocks away from either direction. I've been living here for last 8 years and I must admit it is hard to appreciate any other block in SOMA than this.If you can afford please let me know. The place is in move-in condition with absolute nothing inside the suite. If necessary, this can however be furnished in hours' notice. Here are the terms: $5,500 per month 12 months lease, shorter term possible Parking available in the building Available now ; can be given furnished or unfurnished with 1 day notice Prefer no pets although the building allows pets KEY FEATURES THE BEST SPOT3rd & Folsom is an unbelievable spot in the city for residential living. It bets very lonely and uninteresting towards south, very lonely towards East, very busy and mostly commercial towards north and it gets sketchy towards West. This spot is the nerve center of SOMA where the development started 20-25 years ago now with Moscone, W Hotel, MOMA, YBCA. It will take years still to make other parts of SOMA walkable and convenient as it is here. A 2full block of openness in front of the building with a low rise Moscone convention center and YBCA garden this provides huge openness in the middle of the city like no other spot. Hard to explain, you have to walk around to feel.CONVENIENCEIf you are busy or you just do not want to bother for the chores you have everything right here in this building from rental car to laundry to one of the finest Gym. There are 2 restaurants in the building, 2 across the street on 3rd street and a dozen just within a block. Whole Foods is in the same block so as Peets and Starbucks for coffee. There is a commercial parking garage in the building as well as one right across the street. Both Caltrain and BART are 3 blocks away. One to the South and the other to the North.MODERN ART DECO Museum Parc building is a very well maintained Modern Art Deco building with a very matured Board, an onsite management team and one of the finest Concierge service crew.THE LARGEST: This unit is the largest unit in this Condo Complex. At roughly 1,600 square feet on a square shaped block with a very large Patio is very rare to find in and around here. If you are looking for space this is by far the best you can get. Most new condos with fancy views may get cluttered, feel stuffy whereas here you will have to work hard to fill the space from living room to the master suite.OPEN, PRIVATE, BRIGHT: The unit is on the Folsom Street side and it overlook a low rise huge block over Moscone towards the city. The Master Bedroom has wall to wall window whereas the living and guest bed room each has floor to ceiling glass wall and sliding doors. The elevation level makes it perfect to be open and very private at any time of the day.FRESH, NEW, READY: The unit feels brand new with fresh paint, brand new Bamboo flooring, 9 modern functional closets and many new appliances. There are 3 TVs, one in each room hung to the wall. THE CONDO MASTER SUITE is a very modern off white very large (40 feet by 15 feet roughly) art deco suite with 4 mostly mirrored closets and a bath room with marble floor. The wall to wall window provides awesome view of downtown overlooking Yerba Buena Garden, an Ice Skating ring and the High Rise hotels such as Mariott and Four Seasons.
