Short Sale - Stunning bay views from this large two story home situated in the peaceful and friendly of Santa Rosa Beach Estates was built by Tom Stouffels. There are two bay accesses in the community for launching boats; one of which is public and the other for homeowners only. This open and airy home has wonderful areas in which to entertain guests, family and friends. The street is quiet, secluded. Beautiful yard with easy boat launching, shopping and the beach is only minutes away. The large landscaped lot is primarily planted with native fauna and perennials so yard is easily maintained and has an automatic watering system with control box. The entire property is fenced. The main living quarters located on the second floor receives full impact of the spectacular bay views. This floor is easily accessed from the outside front stairs, side deck stairs rear entry or from the garage. The garage has two (2004) insulated doors installed that are capable of sustaining high winds. The oversized garage is completely shelved and has two enclosed work areas and sink. The home has an additional covered parking space large enough for a third car, boat, small RV or trailer. All rooms have TV and phone outlets. The main living area has nine foot ceilings with ceiling fans and all floors except bedrooms and stairs are 12 inch ceramic tile. The Master Bedroom is large and spacious and will accommodate a king-size bed. The Master bath has separate large shower, whirlpool garden tub, double vanity and separate water closet. The Master walk-in closet is large and shelved. This home also offers the opportunity to expand without compromising the views and without having to move roof lines or water and electric lines.
