My Notes

Edit
LOCATION, UNIQUE, and INVITING are only a few words to catch the spirit of this well loved and artfully renovated Colonial. Bonus is..it's a stones throw from the NYC train and Village. Venetian plaster walls, cast concrete counter tops, abundant natural light with spacious rooms and flowing floor plan makes this a most comfortable and aesteitically pleasing home. FOUR bedrooms on second floor! OPEN HOUSE CANCELLED
Neighborhood Description
Living here has given us much more than we dreamed of back in Brooklyn. Our home¢??s location is extremely convenient, walking distance to the schools, parks and train. Our son has had a rich and stimulating childhood, a safe place to grow and dream. He has made a close circle of friends, many of whose parents have become our own close friends. He will soon graduate from an excellent college and I know that living in this community has given him the solid foundation and curiosity about the world that we wanted for him.

All three of us have spent so many happy years here that we will always carry with us in our hearts.
I only hope that the new owners will get as much satisfaction from our home and neighborhood as we have.

What I love about the home

This home has a a flowing floor plan and abundant natural light. "We have taken great pride in the work we have done in our home. There is hardly a surface that has not been lovingly renovated, in some cases entirely recreated, by my husband, David, a fine craftsman with an excellent eye. He insists on doing things ¢??the right way¢?, to last. Stripping the molding, rebuilding the fireplace, and redoing the walls with Venetian lime plaster have taken hours of effort, but the results give our home a reassuring beauty and integrity. "
