This seven story building, was once considered the ""Grande Dame"" of Dallas apartment structures. Built in 1925, the Mediterranean-style complex was designed by British architect Sir Alfred Bossom. He also created the Magnolia Building, the City's first high rise. We offer approximately 300 units and we have seen our fair share of eccentric residents. The apartment was home to well-known fashion designers like Todd Oldham, artists, art dealers, and even TV icon Amanda Blake, otherwise known as Miss Kitty of ""Gunsmoke.""
