Remarkable home in SoDo. Large corner lot with loads of space and details. Enter the living room and see the wonderful, 3/4 inch hardwood oak floors. These are the real thing! Beautiful and so serviceable. Large open kitchen that has so much room for gourmet additions, or just the usual dinner and snacks! There is a separate formal dining/den area that has been added and it is just lovely and spacious! Great for entertaining friends and family. The living/dining/family room is open and allows for many different configurations of your furnishings. Great for a large media center, or maybe a more traditional styling. The bedrooms are very large, and there are 2 well maintained baths, and one is off the Master suite. The home is situated on a large open corner lot and the schools, Blankner Elementary, Blankner Middle and of course Boone High (Go Braves!) is just a hop, skip and a jump away! The park in this area is wonderful as well. There is a fee to use the pool, but it is free to enjoy the lovely park for fun, meetings, get togethers, or excercise. There is a small pond that this park gives access, for feeding the ducks or just quiet pensive moments to yourself. The home is solid block construction, has an updated roof, and many other wonderful upgrades that make it special. Lots of storage and a full 1 car garage with an attached 1 car carport too.
