My Notes

Edit
***LISTING WITH AGENT JUNE 23***
A beautiful 1927 Gothic style building in the heart of the 4th Ward. The building abounds with charm, detail and function. High ceilings, gracious size rooms, more than ample closets and storage. Hard wood floors, updated kitchen and bath. Off street parking is available for one car. And the best part of this unit is the view of downtown during the day and night.

What I love about the home

Uptown Charlotte is very walkable and from the location at the corner of 10th and Poplar, the entire area is at your fingertips. From sporting events, to the theater, number of restaurants and pubs, museums and necessaries of life - all are minutes away. Even a wonderful, dog friendly park! And don't forget Alexander Michael's - a Charlotte staple for over 30 years.
