My Notes

 This is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1 1/2 story custom one owner villa.  The home was built in 2002 with much attention to detail such as granite countertops in the kitchen and work surface in the study, plantation shutters in bedrooms and study, storm windows, 2 zone heat and air, new Jenn-aire cook top, newer dishwasher, large utility room with extra storage, built-in speakers in the master bedroom and bath, study, living room, upstairs main room, and  patio. Upstairs bonus room can serve as a home theater room or an additional bedroom.  The study has a beautiful built-in desk and bookshelves.  All closets are walk-in.  Also, a walk-up attic storage space is easily accessible from the stair landing.  A large walk-in bonus closet with built-in shelving and heat and air has served as a hobby room and a temporary nursery.  Upstairs can serve as guest rooms, entertainment room, or place for children and grandchildren. The stairway has custom wrought iron railing, and hardware is upgraded throughout the house.  The eating area overlooks a lovely landscaped patio and yard.  There is a built-in fireproof safe, April Air Humidifier, a Pella skylight above stairway for a light and airy feeling, 2 hot water tanks, exterior shutters on all windows, central vacuum, upgraded security system with monthly fee paid by HOA.   The garage has a workbench and shelving units that stay with the home, and the floor is painted with an easy-to-clean gray garage floor paint. There is a window in the garage for extra light and an open feeling.  The back yard is larger than other villas in this addition since the home is at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is an extended patio with custom lattice work cover for shade, a stacked stone raised flowerbed in back and NW corner, a poured concrete pad on the side of house for a large  Rubbermaid storage unit that stays with the home, as well as wrought iron gates on each side of house for easy access to the back yard.  A new roof, gutters, and patio cover are soon to be installed as a result of the recent hail storm. The neighborhood is safe, secure, friendly, and convenient to highways, hospitals, dining, and shopping.   A community pool and clubhouse with exercise facility and extensive lovely greenspace are all part of the amenities.
