The word Kingsbury means "The King's Manor"; could you be the royalty this manor seeks? Waiting for the most discerning buyer is this gorgeous, meticulously crafted newer construction with beach and ocean views. The antique reclaimed oak hardwood flooring, radiant-heated, is complemented by knotty alder doors, cabinets, and trim. The open floorplan's main living area boasts a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and a handsome stone backsplash, both of which are repeated around the living room's large fireplace and hearth. From this area of the home, the lucky new owner will likely spend many relaxing hours gazing out to sand and sea--the huge picture window provides great views of Rio Del Mar-Seacliff Beach and New Brighton Beach as well as city lights along the coast. The bathrooms, too, are little sanctuaries in themselves, wrapped in limestone, travertine, and more. A second fireplace in the office extends the luxury of the home, as do the french doors out to travertine patios from two of the bedrooms. Last but not least, there is an interior elevator so you never have to worry about mobility.
