Yes, literally only 2 MILES from Uptown Charlotte
You can ride your bike to uptown for work, panther games, and more. This house is located only 1 mile from Charlotte's Green-way at Frazier Park. Not to mention this house is conveniently located only 1 mile from each High 85, Highway 77, and the John Belk Freeway. If you are a young professional looking for a quick ride to uptown, or a family that is looking stay central in Charlotte, this is the PERFECT house for you. This house was originally built in the 1930's. However, in 2008 it was completely renovated. This home has been owner occupied since 2008 until today. After I bought the home I have added a 6ft privacy fence, a large concrete driveway that extends all the way to the end of the house, a large brick paver patio in the backyard, a customized walk-in closet next to the master bedroom, and did a complete renovation of all the lanscaping .
