My Notes

Edit
Beautiful historic Chunn-Hudson House, circa 1916. Opened for tour during the prestige 2007 October Historic Home Tour. Located in Historic West Square District, one of the most distinguished districts in the historic town of Salisbury. Located 3 blocks from downtown this grand lady has had some updating with new bathrooms, ceiling fans, paint, paver patio with fire pit, wide moldings throughout, grand double staircase, new lighting fixtures. Original claw foot tub in upstairs bathroom with a big tiled shower in back bathroom. 4 Ornate fireplaces with gas insert in living room fireplace. Built-ins located in dining room and sunroom. Dressing room with double closets off master bedroom. Large windows and lots of light throughout house. Enjoy the lovely front porch during the warm summers and sit by the fire pit in the backyard in the crisp autumn air. Working original radiators located in every room, all repainted. 2 sun rooms located upstairs that can be used for bonus rooms other than bedrooms. All closets in home are cedar lined and this home has a wonderful huge walk up attic with 4 large cedar line closets, lots of storage space in this home. Kitchen needs an update but with your taste and imagination it can be transformed into your dream kitchen. She is a beautiful historic grand gem just waiting for someone to love and care for her again.  More Less
