What I love about the home

Alpenglade is one of the nicest subdivisions in Government Camp. The neighborhood is quiet. This is a private 3-story home on private land, with a neighborhood association that prohibits vacation-style rentals of less than 14 days (as per CC&R?s), and relative privacy as the adjoining houses are rarely occupied. It has public sewer, public water.... all of the amenities of home (gas heat, gas fireplace, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, plates, cups, utensils, pans, toaster, coffee/tea pots, slow cooker, etc..2 1/2 bathrooms, hot tub, large screen TV, kid's TV room, bunk room, beds, futons, bonus play/sleep attic, picnic table, BBQ, washer, dryer, outdoor gas heater for cool nights, near a bball hoop and overflow parking, and pet friendly). There is snow removal service. It is within walking distance to the stores, restaurants, and even the skiing area access at Multopor. The other owners are generally of long-standing. The tradition has been for each owner to be responsible and respectful in caring for the property, and leaving it in an appropriate condition for the next occupant. One set of owners live close to the house (in Sandy) and provide a cost-effective source of maintenance and improvement. It is a big place and can accommodate MANY therefore too large for our empty nest which is the reason we are selling our share.
