Biking is super easy as the area is very flat and close to everything.
The area has by far the best weather in the city. Almost never any fog or wind. Parking on the street is average for SF. You'll get parking but you might have to walk a few blocks.
The building:
Modern, small 4 unit building, which recently received a very nice new look with new stucco and windows.
Parking available for $225/mo in a private garage. These spots are tandem with one other car.
Excellent shared south facing yard with common BBQ grill. Great place for lounging.
Coin Op laundry with very nice machines is right in the garage.
