I am renting out one of the spare bedrooms in my house in Phinney Ridge. - Available for move-in on December 21, 2013.- $600 / month (includes all utilities, Comcast internet, TV, HBO, gas heat, etc.) - $500 security deposit (50% refundable upon move-out date).- No pets.- Dimensions: The spare bedroom is 110" x 112" wall to wall. - Room details:- Built-in shelving ledges.- One window that slides open. - One tall, skinny closet. - A twin-size bed would fit in the bedroom. - Unfurnished.About the neighborhood:- Plenty of free un-zoned street parking. - Near the #5 and #28 bus routes. The address is 304 NW 74th St, Seattle, WA 98117. The house is about one mile west of Green Lake, just down the hill from the Woodland Park Zoo. The house is 2,600 sq. feet total. It has a separate mother-in-law basement unit, which is already rented out to a couple SPU students. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and one on the upstairs floor, which I occupy. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person on the main floor. Because this is a shared space/house, I would like you to meet (in-person) with both myself and the person renting the other main floor bedroom to see if it would be a good fit.
