Brand new and beautiful. When locals talk about their favorite streets, Egret is always one described as a favorite location. The proximity to the Upper Truckee River, which is visible from the master bedroom windows, the ten acre parcel at the end of the cul-de-sac with river access as well and the vacant USFS parcel directly across the street also offering river access are a few of the reasons for that rating. The property directly backing 3040 Egret is Forest Service open land. This home was meticulously built with four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is landscaped with mature trees and full drip, natural gas hookup for BBQ, natural stone flooring, solid granite counter tops, hickory cabinets, full laundry room and huge pantry. The family room downstairs has a sliding glass door on the south side for sun and easy access to the yard. Two of the three bedrooms downstairs also have a sliding glass door with access to the yard.
