Neighborhood Description
The range of people in this neighborhood vary from retirees to young families. There is very little traffic and the cul-de-sac offers a very safe and quiet feel. The Traceland North community pool is open to our subdivision in the summer time. Walking distance to the trails of the Natchez Trace and Strawberry Patch Park. The Madison schools are the best in the state making this area highly sought after to raise a family.
 

What I love about the home

This home backs up to city property that will never be built on so there is a tremendous amount of backyard space to use. Great neighbors and easy access to interstate and shopping without any traffic at all.
