This recently remodeled home has NEW just about everything. Dark wood laminate flooring throughout with the exception of carpet in the bedrooms and ceramic tile in the two bathrooms. NEW paint inside and out. NEW doors inside and out including closet doors. NEW fan/light fixtures in the bedrooms. NEW ceramic tile in the bath and shower enclosures. NEW plumbing fixtures throughout. NEW kitchen, yes including cabinets, appliances (Range, Microwave, Dishwasher and Garbage Disposal), granite counter tops and light fixtures. Mini blinds throughout. Once a single car carport is now a single car garage with electric garage door opener. NEW Security lights front and rear with motion sensors. NEW Window shudders and planter box below the dual pane windows. NEW sprinklers and sod. NEW white picket fence...(actually not picket but shiplap) NEW flower bed with shrubs and plants. Oh I almost forgot to mention the relaxing patio off the living room. We left the back yard as-is so you can provide your own signature to your new home. Imagine the possibilities. Plenty of room for a pool/spa, dog run, etc., etc. If this sounds tooooooo good to be true, don't take my word for it, come see for yourself.
