What I love about the home

The front of the house is misleading as it is bigger than it looks at 2084 SqFt! It is in a great neighborhood where one can walk and enjoy being outdoors. Friendly neighbors enjoy taking care of their homes. While there is a HOA group that looks toward the benefit of the neighborhood, there are no dues. It is in a premier home development in Charleston. It is very difficult to find a home this size in an upscale neighborhood with most homes being $300K and up. This house has all the features of a well built new home but is the right size for a single person, young family or retirees who just don't want the big house responsibilities now. This home is truly move-in-ready with a beautiful interior and solid construction. A Home Warranty is included and a recent Home Inspection has been done and is available to those to visit the property and, of course, the potential buyer.
