Automatic natural gas standby generator, central vac, intercom, alarm, 2 zone Forced Heating & AC system, Oversize master bedroom suite with walk- in closet, oversize laundry room on second floor with sink and counter top/ cabinets, master bathroom has shower stall and soaking tub, recessed lighting and paddle- fans in every room. Other 2 bedrooms in main house are identical oversize 11x14 with 8' closets, Heated garage with slop sink, brand new 18x36 in ground pool with DE filter and Salt Water System. Outdoor post lights surrounding pool with outdoor speakers for entertaining. Oversize concrete patio and walkway around pool, separate pool shed, gazeebo. Natural gas BBQ grill. What I love about the home

This is a custom Mother/'daughter home with 2 full kitchens, 2 full laundry rooms, 1,100 square foot in-law suite , with LED recessed lighting and paddle-fans throughout home. The parents side of the house has all doorways built to accommodate wheelchair accessibility. Main house has laundry room on second floor with counter and soaking sink. Custom Maple kitchen cabinets with low voltage under and over accent lighting, tile backsplash, with all top of the line appliances. Refrigerator in garage, slop sink in garage and garage is heated with 8' high overhead garage doors for that oversize SUV. Custom house has access to main foyer from garage via side entrance from garage to covered porch. Basement has bilco doors leading out to back yard. Pool area has custom post lighting around pool area, and gazebo area with concrete flooring. House has natural gas automatic standby generator system.
