This large one bedroom is on the second floor of the building and is absolutely MASSIVE for the rental price. It has more than enough room for one person and could even house a couple comfortably. It's also pet friendly (both cats and dogs!) with a one-time, refundable pet deposit.The kitchen and living area are combined and have two bright windows that let a fair amount of light in. The kitchen has a garbage disposal, dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet space. The living area also has a large closet for coats and cleaning supplies. The bedroom is especially big; I currently have a full bed but could fit a queen or a king easily, along with other furniture. Like the kitchen and living room, there are two large windows, as well as a huge closet. The bathroom is pretty standard with the added bonus of an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment is located steps from the restaurants and bars of South Street, Head House Square, and Queen Village, and is within walking distance of several grocery stores, drug stores, Starbucks, and Wawa. For those who drive, street parking is always available on Bainbridge Street just behind the building with a Philadelphia resident permit, but there are also many bus routes that run through this area for easy access to the rest of the city. This is a bright, vibrant, and fun neighborhood with a lot going on, and is especially exciting in the summer months.$875/month covers cold water, while the tenant is responsible for gas and electric.
