My Notes

Edit
The George Mayo Carrington House, circa 1851, an important Historic Property on Church Hill. Surviving the Civil War, this architectually significant home was originally part of the attached townhouse. In 1903 it was moved from its original location next to the Civil War's Chimborazo Hospital to 31st St. The original home was expanded and in the 1990s underwent an extensive & meticulous renovation and was divided into its current two townhouse configuration. The current owner has done careful renovation over the past 6 years including: new HVAC system; installing a true "cook's kitchen", upgraded baths, refinished the gorgeous original pine floors, interior/exterior painting, roof coated, lovelylandscaping/hardscaping. There are 3 bdrms, 2 full baths. A truly impressive offering.  More Less
