Two bedroom, one full bath (shower & tub). Approx 870 feet. Clean, Bright, open with private deck and view of 4th July fireworks at Nevada County Fairgrounds. Surrounded by lovely tall pines trees. Plenty of parking (off street & on street). Water, Trash, Sewer all included. EXCELLENT neighbors. Refrigerator/freezer (full size), oven/range, garbage disposal , and DISHWASHER included. Master closet is nice and large. Unit stays warm in winter and the A/C blows icy cold in summer. Landlord is quick to handle problems and keep property maintained. (bi-annual heating/ac, gutter cleaning, exterior care, as well as monthly pest control...so you don't have to!). High speed U-Verse available as well as cable and satellite. What I love about the homeI love the location of this home. Last apartment on the edge of town gives you the best of all worlds. Close to Hwy 174 and Hwy 49. Walk to Cornish Christmas/Thursday night markets. Lots to do in this area! Sierra College located just miles nearby. Beautiful scenery with trees, creeks, parks and historical cemetery. Grass Valley is a very friendly town with a variety of people in different stages of life and different backgrounds. Warm weather in summer and some snow in winter. (another perk of this location, you are never snowed in since the City keeps Bennett plowed!)Neighborhood DescriptionQuiet cul-de-sac. Easy walk to shopping, fine dining, grocery, parks, playgrounds, baseball, community swimming pool, bowling alley, museums, art galleries, movie theater, and so much more!
