My Notes

Edit
This home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac which is the third section of a beautiful neighborhood. These homes are custom and have increased in value based on our upgrades and access to schools (middle and high school) shopping & transportation, train&bus. You can also walk or bike to our main post office, plaza, whole foods and town.
Neighborhood Description
This neighborhood is so wonderful. People walk with their baby carriages, roller blade, bike to school - where they can lock up the bikes. Also we are across the way from the middle school and high school, so no issues staying after school for activities or homework. Did I say across the way. There is a long road that leads to this private little cul-de-sac. So we are not on the main. We often go to vote at the school or see the fireworks each fourth of July in the fields beside the schools. We walk to town the post office & the train when we wish. And sometimes we go for a run on the dirt fields. Football & baseball and soccer are across the street as well. We have Holiday parties every year and those are a blast!! Jay Leno came to one of them since his best friend lived here.

What I love about the home

It's quiet, warm, comfortable and real easy on the eyes. I have a three season porch that is just so wonderful to watch TV have coffe with friends, watch the seasons turn, paint & read & study. The backyard is huge as is the front yard and there is a stream that flows in the winter time to the side of the house. The garage is warmer than most since I bought an insulated door for it. The children adore their rooms and wish that I'd never sell so the future generations can visit and stay. I completely redid the lower level to encompass two rooms with a pocket door between them a full bathroom & separate and huge basement area. This could lend itself to a train set, set-up, a pool table, a game room, library, office, hobby area, sleeping area, party room etc. We've taken prom pictures under our cherry blossom trees. Everyone came and left from our driveway. The circle and the whole block came out to see the event.
