Feel good loft, floor thru, live/work friendly building, 2500 square feet, pre war building, lots of detail. Entire forth floor, keyed elevator opens into loft. Two bedrooms, two full baths, one bath is done entirely with large sheets of marble and has large shower, marble lavatory and marble mosaic floor, the other is all antique style tile with granite lavatory and bath tub with granite top. The open style kitchen has lots of cherry cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Comes with washer and dryer. The entry is all bronze and the door is a bronze gate from an old bank, this opens on to a marble mosaic landing. The floor has been replaced with solid oak. The main room is 62 feet long and has two very large windows that face south and get lots of light. Each bedroom has two large windows that have been replaced with Marvin aluminum clad wood windows. All of the doors and moldings are antique and have been meticulously refinished with a hand rubbed finish. The building has modern passenger elevator, new fire escape, new electrical, new boiler. Pet friendly, convenient location in Nomad, lots of restaurants, close to all transportation.
