My Notes

Spacious One Bedroom w/ High CeilingsLoft like living in the heart of Midtown. This spacious one bedroom home has a new kitchen with stainless Sub-Zero refrigerator and LG appliances, beautiful wood cabinets and a slate floor. The apartment features floor to ceiling built in book shelves and good closet space, 12. 5 foot beamed ceilings and nice detail throughout. Additionally, there is a storage closets that come with this apartment, just outside the apartment (at no extra cost to you). Turtle Bay Towers is a 24 hour doorman building with a roof deck with amazing landmark & city views. There is laundry on every floor and the building has a parking garage. Pets are OK. The Amish & Grand Central Markets are nearby and there is a farmers market every Wednesday at Dag Hammerskjold Park. Subway, buses and citi-bike stations are very accessible. Very convenient to the UN.
