Beautiful one bedroom/one bath condo in the SOMA location. Great location right next to ATT Park right across the street from SOMA Station! Great building with low HOA dues! An Original 19th c. Brick and Timber warehouse converted into 45 residential condominiums. Many of the original 19th century features exposed brick walls and wood beams. Beautiful hand scraped floors, fresh paint, new lighting, Bosch appliances, Studio Becker cabinets and In-Unit Washer and Dryer. Beautiful building, beautiful unit and great location! Must see won't last!
