My Notes

Edit
Amazing and Sunny 2 bed in prime location between the C and B lines!! Whole Foods across the street and many amenities in walking distance. No parking with the unit but there is ample rental parking in the area. Both bedrooms are equal size and have good closet space. Great Open Layout with Kitchen open to Living Room. Place is very well maintained, updated, and spacious! Available for 9/1/13 and fairly easy to show!

Market guide

Zillow predicts Brighton home values will increase 0.9% next year, compared to a 1.6% rise for Boston as a whole.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Brighton, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 21.9% less than in Boston, and 57.1% less than the national average. This lower local number could help Brighton home values rise more quickly than other regions in Boston.
