Located on the favored Diamond Head side of Waikiki, this tenth floor two bedroom, two bathroom, Leisure Heritage condo offers an ocean view, a two block walk to Kalakaua Avenues restaurants and shopping, covered secured parking, and central air conditioning. The condo is close to Kapiolani Park and Diamond Head. The Leisure Heritage building is very well maintained with both elevators overhauled and modernized in 2013. Both air conditioning air handlers in the condo unit were replaced in 2006; new kitchen granite countertops, sink, faucet, and dishwasher were installed in 2007; wood baseboard liners were installed throughout condo in 2006; and new drapes were installed in 2011.
