This is a great neighborhood characterized by the families that live here, some in retirement, some expecting children, and everything in between. I know all of my neighbors and made new friends when my pugs escaped. A neighbor kept my little guys until they heard me coming down the street calling them (and a couple other names). When another neighbor's tree fell on my garage roof, he was happy to note that my homeowner's policy covered his tree. Two other neighbors come from my alma mater. While we may not know each other very well, I feel safe and know that unusual activity would be reported quickly. The roads were paved this year instead of spreading gravel over tar. Great area for walking and bike riding, not Forest Hill Ave., just the neighborhood.
