Master bedroom & one guest bedroom have walk-in closets. Covered front porch. Covered flagstone patio with lights and ceiling fan. Separate flagstone patio off master bedroom. Lots of upgrades throughout home. Beautifully landscaped with front and rear yard drip irrigation and accent lighting.
Neighborhood Description
Payson Pines subdivision consists of approx. 149 homes. Home Owners Association dues are $120.00 per year. Neighborhood has 3 common areas with the largest being 4+ acres. This home sits on a .30 acre lot and backs up to the 4+ acre common area. The neighborhood backs up to the Tonto National Forest on 3 sides with hiking and biking trails. Wildlife such as elk, deer, javelina, and rabbits are abundant in this area. This is an excellent neighborhood with lots of friendly people.

What I love about the home

Excellent neighborhood. Spacious home on cul-de-sac. Entry to 4+ acre common area with ramadas, walking trail, horseshoe courts, etc. from backyard. Only 1/2 block from the National Forest and hiking/biking trails. Home has 9' ceilings, custom window treatments, lighting and ceiling fans. Master bedroom and bath are on the opposite side of the home from the other two bedrooms and main bath giving privacy to owners and guests. Open floor plan in family room, dining area and kitchen make it great for entertaining. Huge backyard with great patios. Home is pre-wired for security system.
