Wood burning fireplace. French doors leading into screen room with private and spacious back yard. Open floor plan with high ceilings & crown molding. New premium carpet & premium memory-foam-padding, tile bathrooms, granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, premium updated sinks and hardware. New water heater, A/C, food disposal, with very deep side-by-side sink. Good water drainage with no history of flooding or damage. Newer roof. Updated and well maintained yard professionally Landscaped with new SOD and in-ground automatic sprinklers. Landscape lighting. 

What I love about the home

Most private lot in neighborhood. Safe secure and quiet with mature neighbors and no through traffic. Home has been updated and inspected with a fine tooth comb. Bathrooms and kitchen updated with premium tile, granite, and hardware. Non smoking. No shoes worn in house. Kept clean. Well taken care of by energetic and responsible home owners. HOA dues are cheaper than any surround neighborhoods @ $200/year. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Minutes away from groceries, gas, shopping, bass pro, and schools, yet far enough away to not feel cramped or congested in a densely populated area. River and bay access close, minutes from the Causeway.
