What I love about the home

Neighborhood is fabulous, the design and flow of the house is exceptional and it is well built (K.Hovonian builders). Two large bedrooms and master suite are upstairs along with two full baths. Downstairs has a den/playroom and a full bath plus family room with gas fireplace, separate dining and living room. Kitchen has stone tile kitchen countertops and brand new stainless steel side by side Frigedaire gallery refrigerator. There is a separate laundry room with cabinets and new full-size, Maytag top loading high-efficiency washer and energy efficient dryer. Bathrooms and kitchen have tile floors.
