What a great location, in the center of Brandon, minutes away from SR 60. Right next to the Brandon Regional Hospital. Close to shops, dining and all kinds of entertainment. Built in 2012, the open floor plan with kitchen/family/dining room is perfect for entertaining and family life. The large kitchen has granite counters, multi-level cabinets with extra trim, and stainless steel appliances. Extra half bath downstairs. Extra storage under stairs. Upstairs the split floor plan adds to privacy with an extra bath at the end of hall. Upstairs laundry. Nice big walk-in shower in master bath with granite, dual sinks and walk in closet.
