Available is a home built in 2010. Built as a custom home with extra space dedicated to the kitchen and bedrooms. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms feature its own private bathroom with its own jet tub. Kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and sits on island that allows for cooking and entertaing. Counter space on island allow for 3 stools for extra eating space. 10ft ceilings in living and kitchen. Vaulted ceilings in all bedrooms. Spray in foam insulation and gas appliances keep utilities down even at the peak of summer. Large garage allows a full size truck or SUV to fit with no problems. Also has its own separate loft apartment! This is one of the few lots in the city that has been permited with this type of construction. With this configuration, it can be rented to help return a solid investment on your purchase. With rents steadily increasing, you will benefit from this demand! 

What I love about the home

The separate garage and loft apartment. Many possibilities can be considered with this design. The loft entry is private so you don't notice when the occupant is entering or exiting the property. This home is very well insulated so even at the peak of summer, the electric bill is lower than expected from a home of this size. The loft also has its own full kitchen and separate bedroom. The oversize garage also has 10 ft ceilings so you can perform mechanical service to your automobiles without having to worry about lifting the car. The garage also features 220volt power outlet in case you decide to add an air compressor.
