What I love about the home

The outdoor deck is great to sit out and listen to the fountain. Turn on the fireplace and you've got the perfect setting. If you want to play tennis or go swimming you just walk across the street to the Beverly Hills Tennis Country Club. They have 3 pools and dozens of courts available. They also have a great dining room, spa and full gym with exercise classes. Get up early and go for a work out. It's all there. Close to everything. Adj. Beverly Hills, Culver City, Westwood. Easy 10 minute drive or bike ride to Santa Monica/Venice area. If you have to get to LAX you are there in 15 minutes. Downtown LA in 15 minutes. Of course, this is non-rush hour.
