LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION... That is what you get with this one owner custom built home. Tucked away at the end of a culdesac that dead ends into a pond. As you enter through the custom 8ft front door into this gorgeous home you will immediately feel at HOME. The warm wood floors and open floor plan have you sighing with relief and the view from the living room will leave you breathless. Not to mention the view into the back yard just past the two sided covered patio lays a beautiful gunite pool with a beautiful 4ft rock wall and 3 waterfalls. You can float in the pool and watch the ducks on the pond! The kitchen has 3cm granite counter tops and a center island with black 3cm counter top. What I love about the home

Being located next to the pond it appears there is a lot of land with the home. There will never be a house built on the West side of the home. The pool is perfect size and there is not a lot of land to mow. There is a two car garage door however the garage is three car oversized garage with a walk in storm shelter. Lots of fish in the pond to catch (and release) Neighbors are great and the Neighborhood has lots of amenities.
