Located in the most desirable area of Redlands (at the base of Sunset, in the Mariposa School District - 10 rating!), with very easy access to the 10 freeway (less than 1 mile from the Yucaipa Blvd on-ramp). There is a lot of extra parking available inside or outside of the gated driveway. The Master bedroom suite has a 200 square foot walk in closet that's big enough for any size wardrobe and shoe collection! The washer and dryer is included (set up in its own section of the garage) as well as the refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and gas stove. ALL THE UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED! All of your ELECTRICITY, WATER, GARBAGE, GAS AND GARDNER are included in the $1800 rent! There are two houses located on this near acre of property with the only shared area being the gated driveway and the over-sized front yard.
