CATALINA ISLAND: 318 Clarissa Avenue, Avalon CA \r\nThis beautiful duplex is located in the destination resort town of Avalon just 2 blocks from the beach. The upstairs unit has an active permit for use as a vacation rental as well as a spacious view deck. There are separate entrances and separate utility meters for each unit. Both kitchens and bathrooms were remodeled in 2009. The front of the house was rebuilt and the sliders leading to the top deck were replaced.
